We have established thorough cleaning practices and strict hygiene protocols to uphold the highest levels of infection prevention and control.
Our COVID-19 procedures include careful screening for all staff and visitors, routine testing for residents and staff, enhanced sanitation and disinfection measures, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all team members. In addition, we follow well-defined isolation and quarantine protocols in the event of a suspected or confirmed case, working hand-in-hand with local health officials to respond quickly and effectively.
